Nate Tellari

Nate Tellari had no idea what Android was until he walked by a T-mobile kiosk at the local mall, needed a new phone and was sold instantly on the words “Google Phone.” he has been semi-active off and on in the android community since January 2009 when he first rooted his HTC Dream. He dabbled in development for a short while with the HTC Dream: helped edit the fix_permissions script, wrote his own personal recovery that allowed a user to unyaffs a system.img onto /system, and helped Stericsonand Matt Carver by testing the metamorph script. Currently is an operator in #cyanogenmod, a open community IRC channel on freenode.net that was created in Sept of 09′ to help alleviate the XDA forum threads and help people in real time with rooting, modding, and overall technical support forCyanogenMod. He became friends with Scotty Brown, founder of RadioAndroid and long time beer aficionado, and decided to help out with the shows by being a call screener/tech. When not working Android, he enjoys listening to music and DJing/MCing, and hopes to get into computer software development in the near future.
